3. Public Records & B2B Data

The core of our Service involves aggregating and enriching data from publicly accessible government databases (e.g., Socrata, municipal building permit registries). This data relates to businesses and commercial entities (B2B). We do not collect private consumer data (B2C).

If you are a business owner whose public permit data was aggregated by our system and you wish to have it removed from our proprietary enriched database, please contact our support team. We honor all B2B opt-out and deletion requests promptly.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal Telegram data to third parties. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business (e.g., LemonSqueezy for billing, OpenAI for data parsing) and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All database transactions are secured using PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) and encrypted at rest.
